Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day. All items are insured, issued tracking numbers and shipped Priority Mail which usually takes 2-4 days. Express Mail is also available and generally takes one day. To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail or add signature confirmation, please contact us directly. House of Papillon reserves the right to cancel all orders due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.
House of Papillon ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.
First Class is the most economical shipping method. First Class generally takes 1-2 weeks, but does NOT include tracking or insurance. Global Priority is a mid-priced shipping method. Global Priority takes 1-2 weeks but includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method. Express Mail arrives within 5 days including processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance. We highly recommend this shipping method, especially for time-sensitive deliveries. (Depending on the country's customs department, this shipping method may take longer than 5 days. This is not the responsibility of House of Papillon.)
All items (excluding sale items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order as long as the garment is returned with tags attached and is unworn. Please email email@example.com with "RETURNS" in the subject line to return your item and receive a return form. All requests for returns made after the 14-day period will be denied.
